Poem For Dalian - R.I.P.

A poem for footballer Dalian Atkinson who was killed by the police last night. He was electro-shocked multiple times with a taser and repeatedly kicked by the police. He suffered a cardiac arrest and died on the way to hospital.

The incident has been refered to the Independet Police Complaints Commission who have a blanket response of cover up having NEVER found a policeman culpapble for a death in custody or a death after involvement/contact with a police officer.

This is destined to be a white wash with a verdict of 'lawful killing' unless...

Well, .. Dalian Atkinson was part of the Profesional Footballers family. Perhaps, maybe, this time things will be different...?
