Poem / Mind Window's Breeze
my vagrant soul
wanders amid the flower bowl
to meander
while milling about
the spilling of botanicals
little bonnets
fading sonnets
daisies and dandelions
roses in bloom
a scent of the oleander
a medley in paisley
like lingering perfume
dancing between the conifer
teasing and taunting
pleasing and flaunting
whisking away to play
that invisible little geographer
hold steady
to that umbrella of mine
you'll come back
when you are good and ready
my senses to wine and dine
resting in the prunella
