It would seem that Satan has fooled the entire world into celebrating Easter as the Passover, because it is not the Passover of Jesus Christ. It is actually based on the Fertility goddess who was connected with Nimrod, the great and mighty hunter, and is of the Eastern Star/East Star/Astarte/Ashtaroth/Astarot/Ishtar/Eostre. Please read Acts 12:4 KJV as it states that after Peter was taken into prison after James was killed, who is the brother of John, then the unleavened days had occurred. Us who study the bible thoroughly know that the Passover comes before the Unleavened Days, and since Acts 12:4 KJV talks about Peter being kept in prison during the Unleavened Days, King Herod wanted to deliver Peter to the Jews to be killed after the pagan holiday Easter "Easter" which is stated in the KJV bible only once because it is not a holy day recognized by our Heavenly Father, it is referencing the pagan holiday of King Herod during those days. If you go to Amos 5:21 and read from that verse forward, God will tell you how much He despises these worldly pagan holidays that we all celebrate. And if you want more confirmation on when the Passover is, which is not Easter, nor should we celebrate Easter, but we can definitely celebrate the Passover no problem, you can read Levicticus Ch 23 Verse 5, and Numbers Ch 28 Verse 16, both which confirm that Passover is before the days of Unleavened Bread. Days of Unleavened Bread happen for one week after the Passover. The actual Passover is not today, which is commonly misinterpreted as Easter. Feel free to do research on this topic for yourself but when you want the best answer. Pray to God and ask Him above anyone else. I am just a man and am not all knowing as God. I hope this opens your awareness to the deception that is going on today. Use this day as any great day the Lord has made to praise the Lord, but it would be wise to not partake or associate yourselves with Easter. God bless you and stay vigilant."

If you go to Acts 12:4 using the Strong's Concordance you will see that the Greek word "pascha" was intentionally mistranslated as "Easter" in the King James.

I'll give this a read when I get the chance thank you for reading and providing some research for me. I know already of the pascha translation but it is my belief that it was not a mistranslation when I take into consideration of the context of the biblical verses. Easter could not have meant Passover if the previous verses in Acts 12:1-3 clarify that the days of unleavened bread were occuring because Passover "pascha" would have come Before the passover and Easter as stated in Acts 12:4 clearly comes after the days of Unleavened Bread. I shall check your article soon.

You are correct that the passage needs to be read in context.
Understand that the translators of the King James Bible had strong political influences on them.
The following is a quote from the "Preface" of the Authorized Version (authorized by King James):
GREAT and manifold were the blessings, most dread Sovereign, which Almighty God, the Father of all mercies, bestowed upon us the people of England, when first he sent Your Majesty's Royal Person to rule and reign over us.
That is why Yaacov (Jacob), the 1/2 brother of Yeshua (Jesus) is called JAMES in the King James Version of the Bible - to flatter the king.
King James favored the hierarchical structure of the Church of England and wanted the new translation to keep words that supported a bishop-led hierarchy. In keeping with James’ preferred views on church government and church tradition.

Please understand, Christian values in this country have been manipulated. Churches blindly follow these pseudo-pagan holidays for a reason. You should see this clearly, after reading your post its obvious you've done a great amount of research. These rituals we take part in annually are promoted by the Church, and are branded in ignorance.

You're correct but also wrong. The celebration by Christians during the pagan day of Easter is not the celebration of Passover.
yeah, you assume I say they celebrate passover but they think they are celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ but it is not biblically sound, often times they correlate Passover during this time of Easter due to biblical and translation misinterpretation of the Greek word pascha from the New Testament and the Old Testament. Passover is a separate occurrence that happens earlier before the days of unleavened bread and pagan Easter.
It isn't a misinterpretation at all. God passed over the Israelites and in the same way, passed over the sins of mankind by the sacrifice of Christ. This is the "Paschal Mystery", which is central to the catechism of the church and can be traced to the first century AD. The idea of God's mercy, and death passing over mankind by the blood of the sacrifice, bind the two notions of the Christian Easter celebration of Christ risen. The reason the feast is celebrated on the same period may be historical and cultural, much like the feast of Yuletide and Christmas. The church followed this kind of merging of feasts for various reasons through history. I take the point that the feast is forbidden, but the meaning of the feast has been altered and so the Christians no longer embrace the original idea at all. In the same way, the feast of all saints and Halloween.
I am aware that some people make the argument that the feasts whether with Christian notions or otherwise, ought not to be celebrated on these days, but I do not see a strong enough argument for this, unless the days possess some magical quality, making them forbidden. Granted, in circumstances where there are large numbers of people celebrating the pagan feast, and the Christian feast (in the case of Halloween for instance) I do find it problematic because it does misguide people. That is just my opinion anyway.
All I can say on this topic is we are blessed that this is not a salvation issue, as long as we have faith by grace and understand the gospel, accepting Jesus Christ's sacrifice and having Him as our Lord and Saviour that is the most important thing. God is not a respecter of persons so for Christians who do partake in pagan holidays unknowingly or even knowingly, they shall be judged as we all will be but if they are saved then thank God for that.
Great post, couldn't agree more. It's logical that pagan roman celebrations are rife in the mass majority of the church today given that it wasn't until after killing Christians for 200yrs and realising they were getting nowhere the Roman empire had to merge with the Christian faith, hence the term pontiff originating from the Roman empire 3rd century BC still being used for the pope today. Your title says (original poem) but I can't see a poem, am I missing something?

Very interesting food for thought. I want your take on what is considered a celebration. My church meet on Good Friday and the Easter Sunday, on both those days we have a normal church service. The Word/Sermon is obviously centered around the crucifixion. Waiting to Hear.
Well celebration of pagan holidays means partaking and commiting acts of these traditional and pagan rituals and doing things God didn't intend for us to be involved in. Any day is a great day to celebrate the Lord, and we must indeed center ourselves around The Word, I can't speak on Good Friday or Easter Sunday because anything that is accepted by the world like Easter Christmas Halloween and what not seemingly are rooted in pagan roots and are often misdirections from what we should be honoring.
