Poem: Maybe Someday

Maybe someday I'll find someone who won't give up on me
Maybe someday someone will come and set me free
Maybe just maybe they can love all of me
And maybe I'm just waiting for a fantasy

I loved you with all of me
And now I'm broken
We had dreams, we made plans
But maybe I was just blinded
And you really didn't want the same as me

Now I'm left here in misery
Crying alone with just four walls as company

The better half of me is gone
And I don't know what to do
I want to plead, cry, and run after you
There used to colors but now there's only blue

I don't really want anybody else but you
Not now
Not tomorrow
Not for a lifetime
Never
