My Empathetic Life

I am legitimately capable of empathizing with every living being.
No matter how much I try to fight it,
I always find myself upset when I know someone,
or something else is in pain.
This causes more worry than it's worth.
So I am split between feeling privileged to so fully understand the emotions of others ...
And feeling distraught and beside myself with anguish for I am incapable of removing their pain.
Whoever it may be, whatever type of animal it is,
I will never look away.
I just wish everyone else was the same way.
