Abuse of power that is what this is...maybe it's time we as a people pass new legislation through referendums limiting the powers of the state....It's time to uze the peaceful processes at our disposal to limit government....what would it take to get a national referendum voted on? The first thing that must be done is no jail for victimless crimes
