Aby prawidłowo wykonać ten element niezbędna jest duża siła jak i ćwiczenia wzmacniające jak :

- Podciąganie Młotkowe: od 8-12 powtórzeń.

- Rozjazdy na kółku na kolanach.

- Wznosy prostych nóg do drążka siłowo 7-10 powtórzeń.

- Spięte ciało w linii prostej od 30-20 sekund.

- (Hollow body) ręce jak i nogi odciągamy od ziemi.

Ćwiczenia te należy wykonywać do trzech razy w tygodniu z próbami praktycznymi do wykonania elementu. A jak staramy się wzmocnić siłowo bez wcześniejszych prób to ćwiczenia można wykonywać od 4-5 razy w tygodniu.
