They are certainly scared, and profoundly guilty, but we won't see mass arrests and incarceration. Maybe a few high-level scalps, and the rest will be no-names thrown to the wolves (Remember Fabulous Fab? The Goldman VP that was "responsible for the housing bubble"? Apparently, he single-handedly structured and sold all that fraudulent MBS paper. lol) The rest will slither back into the darkness - just like the Vampire Squid after it bled AIG dry. It'll be up to the rest of us to clean up their mess once again.
