RE: Libertarian Social Democracy & Geo-Distributism

Thanks for this. I see a lot of my ideas in here. The Four Pillars of A New Earth Commons. I agree the CAP/COM dichotomy is a false dichotomy and was a civilization psy-op although you won't agree with that.
If there is merit to my commercial capitalist system it's that capitalist's can still be capitalist's only not in four areas: housing, food, education, and healthcare. People who say life is beautiful while practicing coercion and exploitation in these four areas are shitting on beauty and are deeply deluded; that is ALL landlords, ALL food producers, ALL educators, and ALL health practitioners are shitting on beauty within the current system and are they are deeply deluded.
So, we need a techno-shire civilization juxtaposed to a Star-Trekkian commercial one with about an 80/20 split. This would be an intelligent working of the Pareto distribution: if we're stuck with it then let's work with it in far better ways then we are now! The trick would be to make the Shire type culture so cool that most would want to live in it: arts, music, literature, theatre, sports, trade guilds. permaculture, etc...
