Shill Testing - A Method To Expose Those That Have Something To Hide - Sam Harris On The Chopping Block

in #politics8 years ago

What is shill testing?

How can we know which public figures we can trust?

There is so much deception in our media, our government, and private corporations that people do not know who or what to believe.

There are plenty of reasons that people deceive us. A respected scientist for example may have a conflict of interest he or she is hiding. Perhaps his funding depends on arriving at a certain conclusion. Perhaps he is afraid of what would happen to his career if he voiced an unpopular opinion.

Then there are darker reasons for deception like coercion. I suspect there are many good people in government, academia, and media who are controlled by threats and blackmail.

One can easily imagine how dangerous it can be to society when people with influence are compromised. When people in media, government, and academia deceive us, they take away our ability to solve problems. Problems can only be solved when we know the truth.

The only solution for detecting shills is transparency. Public figures must be willing to answer tough questions from ordinary people. Since our media has failed us in holding people in power accountable, it is up to us to organize and ask the tough questions that the media won't.

There are important issues that are censored or ignored by the main stream media, government officials, and academia. When people in mass demand answers to specific questions from a public figure, they are stuck with a choice to make. If they choose to ignore the questions, then they fail the shill test. If they answer the question openly and honestly, they pass the shill test. An answer that dodges the question or uses any kind of deception to avoid a transparent answer will result in failing the shill test.

Shill Test Example

In this example, I am calling out Sam Harris who I deeply respect, but suspect of being a shill. I believe his unwillingness to examine the overwhelming evidence that 9/11 was not what we were told is suspicious.

To Sam Harris

  1. Do you find it suspicious that The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will not release input data for the scientific model they used to explain the collapse of WTC 7? (see image at the bottom)

  2. Do you believe they should release it so it can be peer reviewed?

  3. Would you be willing to have a civilized discussion with former NIST employee Peter Michael Ketcham on you waking up podcast. If not, what if I can raise $10,000 for a charity of your choice?

Please respond or you will fail the #shilltest
