How Can Kim Jong Un Be removed to Make The World a More Peaceful Place?

With the test running of an Hydrogen bomb 5 times larger than the one dropped on Nagasaki by North Korea's which triggered a 6.3 magnitude earthquake-the world is close to a peril.

The question on the lips of everyone is how can Kim Jong Un be neutralised?

I heard that this bomb has the capacity to be mounted on a ballistic missile capable of reaching the United States.

I have been deep in thought on how the threat from North Korea can be neutralized with the innocent citizens of north Korea out of harm way.

Would sanctions be enough?
Would sanctions be able to cripple them?
