RE: Oh no, I missed "Voter Registration Day"! How ever will I force others to behave the way I want?

In Russia the people knew that the press was reporting propaganda.
The only difference in The US is the people do not know that their news is only propaganda.

In fact, most americans think that the news is factually based.
And when you bring up the times that CNN, etc. lied, made up stories whole cloth, these people will not believe you are just brush it off as it was only one little case.

I can't watch TV news without yelling at the TV. "Liar! Stop Lying!"

We never even found out the truth about Obomba's birth certificate.

How much more evidence do we need before everyone understands that voting is useless?

Sort:

Ya, the meme of "the free world", "the greatest country", etc. lend themselves to these ridiculous beliefs about America and it's societal structure.

I find it quite confusing when someone actually references the "news" as a source of anything but fear-mongering, while generally shouting about how at least one of the other major "news" sources is complete lies. Ha!

It's definitely been MANY years since I was even in a room with the news on; even before I began my awakening process, I actively disregarded the news.
