So, Trump is President, now what?
Donald Trump was inaugarated as the 45th President of the United States, on the 20th of January, 2017.
Many of you are scared are probably scared about the repurcussions, and what will happen. The best thing we can do, is wait, and see what will happen. If you live outside of the USA, you should not worry about this, as this should not affect you very much, but if you live inside of the USA, expect many changes. Donald Trump will not wage war on Syria, or North Korea, as there are many military leaders that will stop that from happening, but nothing stops him from, say, rolling back Obama Care. There are going to be many interesting changes, but I encourage you to not worry.
Hello @chaten
Trump can not stop or change all that went wrong with the United States. But he was the best choice from the poor choices the people got.
Let us hope for the best for the US people.
Have a nice day §:)
Yes, that is true, let us hope, and from the rest of the world, we will watch and wait
also, what an emoji "
§:)
", lmao, Trump hair ;)I agree, but what is this?
§:-)
Is Trump everywhere?
ikr, that hair! ;)
Hello @barbro
Nice to see you got the gig.
§:-)
(trump) he he he
The world should be worried. We don't know what he might do, but I hope someone keeps him under control. People should watch him very carefully.
I am sure there are many people that will keep him under control, advisers and such, but it is best not to pack up and leave the country
I'm not in the US, but what the US does affects the world. He's a lot less predictable than other politicians and has some scary people on his team. The world will watch and wait
I totally agree, the US is a massive power, and they affect a lot of what we do today, all we can do is watch and wait...
Actually the world should breathe a sigh of relief that the global establishment is in its death throes. While the elitists will not relinquish power with out a fight at least the people are pushing back. Go Brexit! Go Trump!
Trump, the man with a golden palace...
I hear you. Would you rather a rich man go into politics with the stated goal of serving the people (yet to be seen) or an everyday southern couple go into politics to get enormously wealthy. (Clinton's) How do they earn over 100 million since he left office? I would rather take a chance with Trump then go down the road that the Clinton's have already built.
We'll see. I'm not in the US, but the world will be watching him.
You are right, we will see. The people of the US will be watching him too. I hope he does well and makes good on his agenda. It will be self evident soon enough.
not sure how he intends to get the usa people to buy usa products, lets take a car part in usa costing $250 and the same part made in china you can buy for $50
Globalisation is a two faced coin, but looking at it this way, buying from foreign entities is much cheaper, since labour and material costs are lower. He will not succeed at making Americans buy expensive American made products.
You pay 250 for that part regardless. This hidden costs are included in food stamps, welfare, massive US debt. The price will get paid one way or another.
