A large portion of people see the document as living and in constant need of interpretation. We also have judges that seem more concerned with being activist than performing a judicial duty. I think things will get worse over our lifetime as polarized judges get appointed by whomever is currently in power.
Great comment. I agree. It would be cool if Congress would address the over reaching federal courts. Congress controls them.
I have lost faith in Congress as well. We need term limits so that we don't have professional politicians 'representing' us.
