Hopefully no people, without being scared with an accute danger, will approve of war. Scary that the one thing standing between Trump and war with Iran seems to be a TV-show he saw just in time. He stated that he asked how many would be killed in the strikes, and was told likely 150 people. The prospect of 150 dead'unfriendlies' never deterred US presidents from ordering air strikes, and was surely not the determining factor for Trump. One thing that has changed from previous build-ups to US military interventions is the simultaneous examining of the US military narrative. Hopefully that can make a difference in the calculations of actors in Washington, including Mitch Mcconnel.
