Needless to say a black female judge from Georgia (Eleanor Ross) ruled we don't have a constitutional right to appeal injunctions in a state that secures the right to appeal said injunctions in their state constitution [In a state that allows appeals-the federal constitutional rights implicated are due process and equal protection rights].
Seriously we need to do something to protect the first amendment before this country descends further from its current state of tyranny into full scale war.
