The AntiNayak : Do leaders mislead us?

in #politics6 years ago

Leaders attract people with character, speeches, works etc. They have ideologies and people with ideologies matching with them join them. They attract people who are in search of ideologies, who are unable to analyze this world on their own. Leaders may lead they for good but they are the one who know their methods and ideologies well. But what happens when they die?

Followers of certain leaders worship them and their teachings and they will do anything to defend them. This is because their relation with their leaders, a respect towards them. Teachings can be sometimes misunderstood or misleading and leader is the only one who understand them fully since they were his teachings. Sometimes people aren't ready to consider the fallacies of their ideologies. This leads to a blind belief of people in his teachings.

So a leader shouldn't lead people but help them to develop their own perspective of the world, to be open to criticism, to not have a leader at all.
