I totally agree with this and see that it is totally viable.
There are two problems though, if course one way or other maybe Society needs a little purging...

First problem is, for about 30% if the population.. the dumb ones who think their smart - it will be extremely hard to return to any work after two months off.

Second problem (possibly better known in closed circles...) is,
For the never ending begger to become a giver and know they will soon return to the begger is also something that would be a very difficult process in today's society..

Awesome Idea though and I agree, there is (if Everyone Grew Up) no reason why it could not be done!
