He's now been convicted of a crime for the joke and could be put in prison for a year (they tried 5 years) for what is basically a shitpost on YouTube, and there's a big outcry on the erosion of freedom of speech, because it opens the doors to anybody going to prison for being 'offensive' - a subjective term
