You should see the environment of the American work place, everything drilled into me in the 80's on success and leadership would be attributes that would lead to job loss and never rising far past your station, the beta male is prized in management, someone who will say yes to every demand without question, the most skilled and strongest are frowned upon because the large flock of betas would rather not rise up to the occasion and compete, so the new model for the work place are sniveling sell-out beta's that are extremely loyal to their master because they hold position's they naturally couldn't compete for or earn, and the amount of cut-throat chicanery is down right sad at best, God help us if the zombie appocalypse ever happens in the U.S., you will have to shoot everyone you meet first and ask questions later if you want to survive 5 minutes , I think the 2008 crisis really hammered in this culture of weak kneed sociopaths!
