In Defense of Donald Trump, Part 2 A TRUE "DREAMER" STORY: undocumented Mexican high school kids beat M.I.T.

I predicted it would happen, and it did.

In this post:

I wrote this:

"Donald Trump, who is not my favorite President of all times, is NOT going to kick out 800,000 children. HE doesn't want to kick them out.

He has said so, himself. "We love the dreamers," Trump said. He's not going to kick them out.

All he did is pass the buck to the U.S. Congress, who now has 6 months to come up with legislation which will give these 800,000 children legal status in the United States.

And so, he met with top Democrat Party leaders with who he seems to agree with more on this issue than with his own Republican party... and now Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi have said that they agreed with Donald Trump that children of undocumented immigrants will be able to stay in the U.S., in return for which Trump wants more funding for border security.

But he still won't get to build his wall until he convinces Mexico that it will pay for the wall. (Which I predict will not happen very soon... not until after the man in the moon turns blue...) He is, however, willing to let the Federal Government shut down if appropriation for the Wall is not included in the Federal Budget... Fortunately (for the U.S. Federal Governement) he is not waiting for the Mexican Government to include it in the Mexican Federal Budget. A vacation would be assured if he did.

That's one hell of an example of Mr. Art of the Deal's negotiating power... He got a black eye, in return for doing what's right anyways... and he didn't get his wall funded by Congress... He knew he could never have gotten what is wrong, so he negotiated to get what is right, and now Donald Trump himself has tweeted this: "Does anybody really want to throw out good, educated, and accomplished young people who have jobs, some of them serving in the military? Really !..."

Congress now has 6 months to deal with this issue. And if they don't resolve it in six months, the President will "revisit" the issue... which I am sure means that Donald Trump will extend the six months until Congress eventually solves the problem.

So... I predict that when this is all over, almost all of those 800,000 "Dreamers" will be given the chance to become legal immigrants.

A very good TRUE STORY about undocumented Mexican "dreamers" which I recommend you should see is "Spare Parts" where 4 undocumented Mexican kids from Carl Hayden High School in Phoenix Arizona beat out M.I.T. in a NASA underwater robotics contest. They decided to compete against top universities, where they didn't even expect to win.

See these videos on YouTube about this amazing upset here:

Thank you for your comment. But not many people read what I write, and I spend money from my pocket to try to make it visible... that is not working.
