The Day the DNC is getting the Silver Dagger because of Corruption

 Today, maybe the most important piece of history in this country has come out. Since last year around this time with the election, the history about the Democratic Primary has been changed and manipulated by corporate politicians who don’t want to let go of their power. Americans who were involved with the Bernie Sanders campaign felt like the whole Democratic Primary was a scam, at every corner something sketchy was happening, voters were purged from multiple states and then when the Wikileaks email dumps happened it secured the understanding of what just happened; and why mainstream media ignored 46% of the Democratic voter base and how they felt. We now need to understand why Donna Brazile, the same woman who leaked debate questions to Hillary Clinton is now turning on her and the current status quo of the Democratic Party. Today the people who felt disenfranchised and protested the DNC get validation in their feelings of the system that looked like a rigged primary. 

 What we get out of Brazile’s opinion piece in politico is gold, but it also raises a lot of questions about how she puts it out there. She starts off by still keeping the claim Russian hackers hacked the DNC, yet there is no evidence of this and the DNC still hasn’t let anyone look at their servers. It also tries to act as if we weren’t sure if the emails were validated, even though it used google verification to show that majority was not forged and if any were. Donna rightfully scolds Debbie Wasserman Shultz about her leadership, which under her the DNC had poor fundraising and also lost a record number of seats across the country. Donna then discusses how Debbie was letting Brooklyn run the DNC for the most part and didn’t realize that Hillary’s headquarters had that much influence. Donna was vice chair, it was not like she was just another small fry in the DNC, so how would she not even realize this was happening, unless the DNC was that inept under their leadership as a whole. 

 Supposedly, Gary Gentler was the person who enlightens Donna on how bad the DNC financial and overall ethic issues were with the Clintons. She said she assumed the other officers didn’t know since she didn’t either; Obama left the party in shambles and didn’t have to pay it back until 2016. Clinton organizations paid back 80% of it, and Hillary for America (the campaign) and Hillary Victory Fund (Joint fundraising vehicle with the DNC) did this, then they put the party on an allowance. Donna even excuses Debbie of not informing the officers of the hacking until only letting them know minutes before the news broke (Remember, we don’t even know if they were hacked still). Donna then talks about how Gary described how the DNC was on life support and Clinton’s controlled it because of that. She talks about how the Clinton camp was funneling money through the state parties, to the DNC, then into her campaign. It was happening under the Hillary Victory Fund where it made it so people could donate up to $320,000 to the State parties, which unless it was a battleground, it went back to Brooklyn. She then explains how Gary makes the excuse of how the party would have collapsed if not for them, and that Robby Mook struck a deal with Debbie. She then talks about the article Politico did explaining how the Clinton campaign was taking the state money and leaving them dry. She then tries to act innocent that Bernie people were upset “for their own reasons” and how the Clinton camp was outraged that they were accused of doing so, yet mounting evidence. 

 After taking a nice vacation at Martha’s Vineyard, she finally found the document that outlined the whole plan: the Joint Fund-Raising Agreement between the DNC, the Hillary Victory Fund, and Hillary for America. The agreement was signed by the former CEO Amy Dacey of the DNC, and Robby Mook. This document outline how in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director and made final decisions on all other staff. The DNC also had to go to the Clinton camp to consult on staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings. Now Donna admits she even had to clear a press release with Brooklyn and somehow didn’t realize that was ethically wrong during the campaign. Now she admits the customary situation is that if a candidate gets the nomination then they will take more control over the party, or if the sitting president is re-running and already has their people in place. Either was true, Clinton has full control in as early as August 2015. She then tries to act as if the Hillary for America and the Victory Fund agreement isn’t as bad as it is, she says “was not illegal, but sure looked unethical.” This is blind ignorance, she is trying to play innocence in the public eye, but in reality, is degrading how detrimental this actually is. If she didn’t understand the DNC bylaws then maybe she can play this card, but for a high ranking officer, this is a disgraceful display of defense of the Clinton camp and playing victim. 

 She then discusses her conversation with Bernie Sanders about her investigation into the DNC. She admits that there was cancer inside the DNC and that the agreement was much worse then anyone thought of it. She admitted that she thought Hillary was extremely weak as everywhere she went for her there was minimal enthusiasm. She didn’t trust the polls (as the majority of Americans didn’t) and urged Bernie to do everything he could to get his supporters on board. Of course we Bernie did do everything he could, Hillary was the one who didn’t do enough when it came to getting out there and rallying the troops. Bernie actually made more campaign appearances then Hillary did. Donna knew that Bernie didn’t support her positions since they were “centrist and her coziness with the financial elites distasteful”. Even Donna knew about this viewpoint of Hillary, and I wonder why since all their internal polls inside the DNC leaks showed that exact issue with Hillary. It almost seems as if she acts Bernie didn’t do enough to get his 46% of the party that voted for him over her, even though more Bernie supporters voted for Hillary then Hillary people in 08 voted for Obama. She says at the very last sentence “When I hung up the call to Bernie, I started to cry, not out of guilt, but out of anger. We would go forward. We had to”. This is a very strong statement by Donna, but what does she mean anger? Does she mean the fact that for the whole year as she defended the DNC from accusations of favoritism, or how about the fact that she was lied to by the Clinton camp and was used as a pawn, or how about the fact that if it was a fair election, chances are Bernie would have won and been able to beat Trump as per the fact the more people hear him, the more they like him (unlike Clinton or Trump). 

 Now, this raises serious questions about why Donna Brazile would come out and scold the DNC and Clinton camp for lying, manipulating, and for the most part rigging the election in her favor. As much as the media wants to spin this, we can’t ignore all the serious accusations from different states misconduct and weird events that made it so a lot of places had issues, Arizona most prominent, New York, Puerto Rico, Nevada, California, Iowa, and of course the beginning of the campaign when the media and DNC ignored the Sanders camp till they couldn’t anymore. The DNC emails leaked show massive collusion between the DNC and Clinton campaign that seeks to discredit and slow Bernie sanders popularity and platform as much as they could. There is now no denying that the Clinton campaign rigged the DNC and how they treated her challenges, or why they limited the debates. We now know that the people of the DNC who either let this happen or completely were unaware of what was happening. We know now that right now, the DNC is still most likely under Clinton’s control, aka why Tom Perez is purging Sanders and progressive supporters. 

 What we see now, is exactly what everyone who said #DemExit or that the DNC is to corrupt to support is true. We now know that Tom Perez was put in place and is doing the work to get rid of the progressives. We now are watching, the DNC try to say there in unity when there is no unity in the Democratic Party, they try to just use Trump is evil and don’t look at our policy. They are as fractured as they can be, why? Because for the people who weren’t aware of the corruption and collusion and defended it hurt their own careers to advance Hillary’s which she still failed on her own miscalculations. Hillary’s general campaign was one of the worst you could ever watch, they acted as if it was handed to her, and Wisconsin is the prime example. At this point, if the DNC doesn’t make extreme changes, then it looks like they will collapse. It is finally the point where people need to go support the People’s party and recruit Bernie Sanders, and Tulsi Gabbard. Two people who were shunned by the Clinton DNC. Because at this point, it literally is the Clinton DNC, not the Democratic party.Follow me @VinceBotJr
