Excellent article! I wonder how this scandal is related to the slow shift of Trump to admitting climate change is occurring. Have the massively conceited greed-crazed oligarchs of this country finally admitted it is time to deal with global warming by forcing oil prices up to push us more toward alternative sources of energy? (Perhaps they have realized that geo-engineering is as likely to mess up the earth as much as global warming.) Or how much is this about regime change?
