I was shameful on ourselves.

in #pollution7 years ago

I had a chance to have a look at the very famous scenery. It was the red cliff which was located in far away from the downtown.

On the way to the red cliff, I could see the children playing together in the stream. It seemed like happy and peaceful weekend.
Water seemed clean. I felt so good.

About 30 minutes later, we finally arrived at the Red Cliff.
I looked very nice.

There was a tent. I thought it a pastoral scenery.

Getting closer, Expectation was bigger.

But I felt something strange, I found the traces of the campfire.

OMG.
There were the Garbages.

There was a bad smell on the river. And I found the strange thing in the river.

I really got angry. So I took the pictures.

I don't what to say.

But the pollution is a serious crime.

Did the people who was playing at the stream know that there was a serious pollution at upper stream.

I left this place with despair.

What did you do to our Nature ?

Sort:

I really hate to see such kind of uncivilized, irresponsible behavior ... and I see it often. :-(

Edit: here are some recent examples from "clean" Germany:

@slowwalker I share your outrage! I always pick up trash in my nut woods! Unfortunately we can not change other people! But we can set an example!

You are right.
That make me angry

So! I was also outraged! But I can not pay my healthy for the sins of others! Your negative emotions hurt you:)

i would feel the same if I were you .. tsk tskkk
its the same everywhere in the world
some parts don't have garbage cans
and people can be inconsiderate to nature too ..
there's no planet B and they could get so excited about living in a space capsule in Mars but I'm an earthling and may never get used to it

I can understand you. Every time that I watch something similar I got angry, because it's really a sign of not respect! So sorry that humans donìt respect the beauty of the Nature :(

"What did you do to our Nature?"

Take only memories leave only footprints.

Respect for Nature.

I just look at how some people treat the inside of the homes they live in, it's not much better maybe even worse than the pictures above.

Let's see someone post a dirty kitchen picture to show what I am talking abut.

I totally agree with you. It's outrageous. The people are destroying their own planet - they don't care about anything. It happens here as well :(

It's the saddest thing

Indeed, but people should change and care more about the things that surround them, otherwise the Earth as we know it today will suffer dramatic changes

I understand your anger, my friend. But from what I saw, it's very little pollution. In my country is a disaster, people are not careful of anything. I think it's a question of how our parents raised us. The values in my country, in this type of subjects unfortunately have been lost...

Oh my god.
But we need to never give up.

I never give up my friend, I have pockets full of paper when I buy a candy, and I have been quite embarrassed, calling attention to people unknown to throw papers in the street...

In my place even worse. It's very hard to educate even the educated people about "trash bin" . What we do? We can't force everyone, but at least we must tell and educate our own kids not to throw unless in the trash bin. Now everywhere we go, my first son always hands me his rubbish when he finds no trash bin around. Well, sometimes my bag full of it. 😐 😀

Such lovely pictures! too bad its polluted! Upvoted and followed!! :)

Thank you
I follow you too

It is sad to see ruined such a beautiful place. We hope that younger generations are more alert to nature.

Unfortunately I noticed that especially young people throw their garbage anywhere in the landscape very often. Parents (and maybe teachers?) seem not to care anymore to explain them how important it is to keep environment clean.
In addition we produce much more plastic waste today - whereas 30 years ago packages often were made of natural materials (for example banana leaves in southeast Asia), nowadays they consist of plastic ...

Yes, I think we need to do something to do right now.

Its the chemicals we cant see that we pollute our environment with that worry me even more. It is as if some people do not care about the future of humanity.
