Poloniex says (You hereby waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.)

Is Poloniex trying to scam people out of their BTUs? Possible new scam beware.
Poloniex has been involved in many scandals in market manipulation, suspicious selective service down time claims during key trading opportunities, delaying withdrawal attempts for months etc..

Recently they have been holding my bitcoin withdrawal for absolutely no response from support for the past month this happens to be so close to a possible bitcoin fork coming very soon. It is not strange that they closed down the troll box where people used to complain about funds being locked on the servers and no response from support.

Possible scamming scenario:
1-Hold on to customer's BTC.
2-Wait for possible fork.
3-Refund BTC and keep BTU resulting from the fork and sell for free money which should have belonged to others.

What really got to me and convinced me that there is something seriously wrong with poloneix is this part of their terms and conditions. read the last sentence " Additionally, you hereby waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration." go check it out yourself :)

Other suspicious activities are reported in this post and the internet is just full of them. Coincidence ? You be the judge of that.
