Poloniex, rejection of the Russians or throwing in for further "mowing" ?!

Recently, the Russians, users of the well-known exchange, which has been operating in the market since 2014, began to worry more and panic because of the project's surreptitites, "Poloniex is blocking access to Russians", "The support of Polo sent a letter asking to close Account and withdraw all funds, "" Poloniex banned trading in the Russians on the stock exchange, "and so on.
Of course, from August 1, updated rules for the use of the Polonix trade exchange were introduced, where the first paragraph reads:
"You guarantee that you are not: (a) under control as a citizen or resident of the country to which the United States has imposed a trade embargo; (B) are defined as "Specially Designated National" or (c) are on the "list of excluded persons" drawn up by the US Department of Commerce. "

But at the moment there is not a word about Russia in them and there is no "embargo" imposed on Russia. Yes, there are sanctions, there are tense relations between the Russian Federation and the United States and many other things, but so far there is no particularly strong tension with Polonix and the Russian users of the exchange. To panic at the moment is not worth it, yes, you can leave the exchange, withdrawing funds, closing accounts, it will also be reasonable for those who are already very worried. The trade exchange Poloniex in any case today is pretty annoying and does not behave with respect to users (to all users (!)) Is a fact.

The outlay of the plan, as some founder of the Blocking Project, Artem Abaev, threw in his Facebook is not backed up by anything other than the screen of the letter sent to him from the Wormwood in response to some of his appeals in support, where he clearly fills in the column "Suspended State" . A similar letter can come to anyone who also signs an account in some other country (which is prohibited from using the exchange) and sends such a ticket in support. Again, in his letter, sent to him by the Exchange's message boards, there is not a word about Russia or Russian users.

While there will be no official statements from the exchange, there is no need to make hasty conclusions!
