The Old Dog Explains: A Fun And Easy Way to Track Your Crypto Portfolio!

in #porfolio7 years ago

No matter where you are on your crypto currency educational journey you likely enjoy tracking the prices of the coins that you hold.

Sometimes that can be a chore as you scroll through sites like coinmarketcap.com looking for your particular favorites.

Check Out This Great Site That Will Instantly Give You What You Need!

At hodlerfolio.com you can insert all of your holdings and at the click of a button you'll be able to access all of the information that you need.

I've Prepared This short Video Where I Explain How it Works!

Please Don't Forget About Bloctivity.info where you can see that Bitshares and Steem are the two of the most used blockchains in the world and the only existing ones that can scale!

At the site blocktivity.org you'll get a great education as to which blockchains are actually being used!

I hope that you found this article useful and that it will be of use to you!

Until next time,

Sort:

It's almost useless if you can't track the time of purchase with the price at that time, so you can always see the actual gains or losses.

Could be a valid pont for your needs but that's a stat that doesn't interest me since I am earning Steem daily and Imuse some SBD to purchase BitShares.

a good post, and really inspires me to fight in steemit, in due to the sharing of orofesional results

Yes I use coinmarketcap, but no more! Thanks a lot for such valuable site, I will use hodlerfolio from now on.

I'm glad if it can help!

This is an awesome website, and just a click away, I wonder how much time one will save in a year using this instead of Coinmarketcap. Let's face it some people (me included) do click around there quite a bit.

Btw @kus-knee there is a new competition that has been launched called #comedyopenmic which aims to promote the comedy community with weekly running competitions. This is week 1 and I think it would be great if you would join as you have a great sense of humor
https://steemit.com/comedyopenmic/@idikuci/comedy-contest-comedyopenmic-week-1-total-prize-pool-50sbd

I'm one of the judges in the competition so I'm hoping this can really add to the whole Steemit community and become a place to go for some good laughs and fun :)

(Sorry for letting you know so late, you could always join for week 2 instead )

Thanks. I'll check it out! We should let @steemitri know as well!

Awesome ! Definitely @steemitri should join :)

Are you spying on us again @steemitri? ;)

Haha... Nope... I just got a "mention-notification" from @ginabot ;-)
I will check the rules of the contest.
Have a great day guys :-)

Who knows how many notifications a much loved mannequin like you recieves?

That is very handy Old Dog. I for the first time moved out the the exclusive Steem universe and added some EOS. This is perfect. Thanks!

Wow, I've always wanted to buy some EOS. The barrier to entry seems to be quite high. How did you go about it?

I bought the Open Ledger EOS on Bitshares (not of any size of course lol) just to try it. I also am going to get some Bitshares as well lol. Just for fun more than anything lol.

If you send me your username for your Bitshares account I'll send you some.

Well that is very kind of you, Old Dog. I am much obliged. My name is:
cmbdl-lojhiu

Hmmm no chance of anyone ever figuring that one out!!!!

Very useful resources @kus-knee. Now I can put the calculator in the drawer:D

Haha! Indeed!

Ah sweet. I got coins and tokens buried all over the internet like a squirrel stashing nuts for the winter. I try to keep track of them but without a doubt I lost track of some. Just checking on them requires a lot logging in and I use long tough to remember passwords. It gets tedious.

I'm going to check this out, might help stream line checking. Merci

The older we get the more likely it becomes that we forget where we stored our nuts!

hodlerfolio.com seems very cool app ... we can easily track your cryptcurrency portfolio. Thanks for telling us about this useful sites.

It is good to know about this new page .. to see the
price of the crypto currency that one more follows ..
I usually always see them at coinmarketcap.com
Thank you @kus-knee

You're welcome!

Fantastic post, I'm going to check it out. Thanks!

Thanks fellow Swiss resident!

Are the values only in USD or its possible to change to Euro or CAD?

I haven't seen any way to change it from $USD
