Porridge kanji
Today I cook a typical food from Aceh named porridge Kanji. This porridge is different from the porridge in general!!! This porridge is very delicious if eaten when it's hot. Especially for you who are lovers of seafood because in this porridge there are very delicious small shrimp. If you really want to taste this food you don't need go to Aceh to try it! You just go to your kitchen and try to cook it because it's very easy to cook! You can eat this porridge with your family in the morning even at lunch or dinner time.

Here the recepi
250 gram of rice
300 ml thick coconut milk
250 grams shirmp
2 liters of water
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cloves
3/4 tsp cumin mixed fennel
1 fruit deaf
The tip of a nutmeg
For sprinkling:
Fried onions
U just have to mix them all in one container, then cook until done. This is easier than you can imagine. Good luck!
