West Virginia Teacher's Strike: Steeming images of peace
Peace and solidarity with the teachers in WV, who struggle for access to heath care in a state whos political interests are dominated by extractive industry. They struggle for not only themselves, but for all students and all public employees. Country roads keep me home. In the end, they struggle for you and me.
Sun, wind, rain, sleet, snow, They've shut it all down and descended on the State Capitol to confront the Governor and State Legislature. Here are a few images from the streets of Morgantown, West Virginia, where they've expanded their classrooms to give us all a lesson in civics.
