RE: How does it feel to be in the mad house for 11 days?
Both sincere and touching. Very nice way to say things.
Imagine one day you think back on that almost random decision to give it one more chance. It's random things that sometimes make significant changes. Like how did we join Steem in the first place.
(Off topic: Thinking on a contest about it.)
Great to have you with us! Really OP - already grinding levels up on the Discord. Do have patience even when it seems that no one is paying attention. Somebody at some point does. Attention is a really scarce resource.
And the #powerhousecreatives plus @steemitbloggers are a force that generates attention. Bit by bit.
Yours,
Manol
Imagine if some day scientists managed to develop a machine that reads every chunk of your memory and show it to you in a very beautifully organized timeline, we might notice that it is indeed the most random things that might have made the best and biggest impacts in our lives. I still remember randomly checking on a list of online chat software Discord came into my life...it's a chat software, what can it do? Made me a moderator of a gaming server, met at least a few great local or international communities, and is literally the key for me to know Steemit and eventually join it. And now, you guys - it's just as crazy as that if we observe it a little closer.
Attention is a scarce resource because it requires another severely limited known as time...but if it's worth their time, they will pay for it, sometimes without you knowing. It kinda results in some mildly interesting interaction that is hard to imagine at times, but it's a good reason why Steem is quite fun to stay around.
Bit by bit... Soon we'll get a byte, then a kilobyte, then... Oops, the computer science student syndrome, but I guess you know what I mean 😉
Contest? Looking forward to it, especially to the entries - it's anyways amazing to have great stuff to look at, right?
Thanks for your great comment!

Yup, I had this other meaning in mind, too, as I was writing it.
It seems like you already have the first draft for such a contest :) I have to finish another job for a client first. If I manage to do it before next job, I will make the post about the contest. Or rather... it will be sooner than that when I need to procrastinate a little, doing other things.
