Free up mind in present moment
A whole heap of packed emotions our mind is,
Storms of dislike a second and love in a flash that please
It's the prime mover of all emotions and very feelings,
No suspicion our mind the most dominant of all things.
Fact that its the main spring of wholly complications,
That assent us to all link and addictions
It fetch us to bygone days and life to come
And that beget one to outcry and create burdensome.
The only mode to quick fix it is by living in present moment
No thoughts of yore, no thoughts of future achievement.
Freedom from past and liberty from future
Never to weep over yesterday and nor to think of destiny assure
Just like a cheerful little one who knows no future no later
Likewise exist in the present moment
Likewise walk in the present moment.
