Living in the Moment

An Egyptian proverb reads - They who do not understand, because they possess the aid of reason only and not Mind, are ignorant wherefore they have come into being and whereby, like irrational creatures, their makeup is in their feelings and their impulses, they fail in all appreciation of things which really are worth contemplation.

Sa Prathama Sanskrati Vishvavara, an Indian concept, talks about living in the present with a sense of timelessness.

The Mahayana and Theravada traditions of Buddhism emphasize the principle of living in the present and having detachment from the future and past.

After an incident yesterday, I find these words are important for today. We are not promised tomorrow and we can't change the past. We can focus on what we can do right now, right in front of us.

Live as if there's no tomorrow. Make your life full of adventures, fun, and laughter.

Peace and love to all
