This is a list from top to bottom of people or groups who violate your privacy.

1. Your Government

This should be obvious but people really think that the government has their best interest in mind which is ignorant.

2. Other Governments

If your government violates your privacy then you know others do as well.

3. Corporations you patronize

You have become the product to these companies. They sell your data like it's going out of style.

4. Corporations you don't patronize

Who do you think is buying your data from the other companies, other than the Government.

5. Random people

Depending on who you are depends on how much random people are interested in you.

6. Nosy Neighbors

I personally hate busy bodies who are all in my business just because they want to be.

7. Friends and family

These are people with the best of intentions but they can sometimes share information that they shouldn't. I can't count the number of times friends and family have just given me information that they probably shouldn't have.

8. Yourself

If you're complacent and not doing your due diligence you are probably your own worse enemy when it comes to privacy. You are on the bottom of the list because you can control yourself.
