UBports Installer Latest Versions

The very latest versions of the UBports Installer are now available from here : https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io/installer

Not only have there been improvements to the installer itself and 115 issues resolved, two development devices have also been added, the OnePlus3 and Xperia X.
