Tattoo recognition technology tramples our rights

in #privacy9 years ago

It seems that we now have another thing coming to pound our first amendment rights.

We first had camera surveillance to annoy and worry us, then, came the facial recognition programs, and the traffic cameras...now we have tattoo recognition to worry about.

It doesn't mean that you have something to hide, but rather it's just another freedom on the verge on being taken away. It seems that the government wants to control every aspect of our lives and know everything we do.

I've attached a link below to the company website of MorphoTrak, a U.S. subsidiary of Morpho (Safran).

The second link is to an informative article from "Naked Security by SOPHOS", detailing this atrocity of government spying/snooping on unaware citizens, and gaining access to the tattoos without permission.
