How To De-escalate a bad situation ?

Before I share my experiences and how do I handle tough situation I just want to tell you that You Are an awesome person!
Taking the time and effort to learn from other people's experiences are the best way to gather knowledge!
You don't necessary have to experience everything to be able to recognize certain situations and knowing how to make better decisions!
I'm personally a really curious person and it helped me to collect many good and bad experiences during my years. Making things worse or Solve problems.
I can tell you that Every situation is different and what helped me in these situation was to stay calm and don't react!
When I used to react I generally caused more problem then solved any.
I recognized when I don't let people or circumstances taking over my emotion I was able to CREATE a more positive outcome of any situation.
Judging or assuming Never lead to positivity so please take a breath and think over before reacting.
Do Not Take Anything personally. In many situation, It has nothing to do with you if somebody comes to you and start some trouble that person might have a problem with him or herself and just trying to dump it on you. So What You can Do is :
Create a positive environment and clear what's the real issue is ? Obviously if somebody trying to attack you first make sure you are safe and then clear the problem. Many times just to leave is the best solution.
EGO is a big player and we have to learn when and how to use it properly.
Most of the time it is just communication errors that leads to bigger problem but, if you know how relate with the person and see his or her point of view, the problem can easily be solved.
You turn that bad energy and create something meaningful by understanding the other person.
I used to fight before and had bad arguments because I wasn't aware of these technics, luckily I was able to learn form them.
We humans are all spirituals but we can forget about that, because of the modern lifestyle.
Today I practice yoga twice a week, read everyday and connect with nature to feed my spirituality, also I exercise most days.
These simple lifestyle change lead me to this path and I'm happy to connect in this form with you!
