During his identification, he said, almost retired. 'How many years have I done for 40 years?' But still the software is involved with the creation of the country's first female worker Shahida Mustafiz Currently working as an adviser to child software manufacturer On March 7, at his office in Banani, he talked about the career of these four decades.

The current time is excellent for the development of IT. But what was four decades ago? At the time, some organizations hand-in-hand. They originally exported software abroad. Workers All Men At that time, computer science was not taught in the educational institutions. Shaheda Mustafiz studied in the economy. After that, he took a year's training on Software Architecture in the NCR Corporation of the United States. In 1976, he started his career as a system manager in the Bangladesh branch of the organization. Later, Leeds Corporation started its operations in Bangladesh and its work started in Leeds. Shaheda plays a leading role in automation or banking software in the country.

Shaheda Mustafiz resigned in 1998 after working with NCR and later in Leeds for 22 years. Then started the work as managing director of Prabti Systems Limited. His organization works important in software export from Bangladesh. He is also the Managing Director of Canada's Twenty-Two Technologies Inc, and the Executive Vice President of the Bangladesh branch of E-techlocks Incorporated in the United States. Out of work, he has run a computer training center for children and especially for women.

Compared to 40 years ago, women's participation in IT has increased. But not at a significant rate. Shaheda Mustafiz thinks that one of the reasons behind this is that women have two parallel lives, both have to be run seriously. He said, "Compared with the 40 years ago, the country has progressed a lot now. Moving through all the points. Only women's work is still the same as before. Yet the whole responsibility of the children's family is the sole responsibility of women. We have to balance our career and family life. And for computer programming, it has to stay within the entire time. It is not always possible for everyone in our society. '

The women in programming are less likely to come, but those who come, they do a lot of good work, he said. He said, 'Many women workers in my party have done work. This team did a great job. '

Whatever software industry has developed as service in our country, it has not been as a product. That is, there is a customization of software or IT services as per the requirement of an organization. But when an organization creates a software to sell it to different people, it can not be. Shaheda Mustafiz said, 'The software market in our country is not built in the same way. Many people do not want to understand the different price of the software. In many cases, the import of software by spending a lot of money abroad, just as the objection to the organizations to pay the price of the software of the local company. But I have to understand how much time it takes to create a software, how long it takes.

Shaheda Mustafiz wants to go for a full retirement soon But before that, he wants to finish the hospital automation software. He said, 'In my life then there will be two achievements. A bank automation software, and the second for the hospital.
