Node is an awesome way to start. I've been using it heavily for more than a year. Nothing really compares to it, regarding simplicity and just sheet coolness factor. I'm glad you took up learning it. Stay tuned, I'll definitely be writing more lessons. I'm actually currently writing the next one. :D
