The Programming And The Business, part 2/1

In addition to the previous part (1/2), it is important to explain, why the Microsoft's policy for imposing their application technologies on all continents: Europe, Australia, etc. is HARMFUL.

Their imperialistic policy is destroying the IT economic and the Economics at all. Actually, the EU economic is underwhelmed of the US economic. The EU business is TOOTHLESS against the US business. All the money earned in EU by the MS application technologies by the MS partner programs are taken back in the US economic... With this money US is developing the real high-technologies (native technologies): operating systems, embedded systems, research and development in the area of the Artificial Intelligence, the space programs, etc.... Actually, the US high-tech. companies in EU are developing the application software part of their business in EU and the system (native) software part in US. I already said, that it is hard to find job opportunities in EU (in BG too) for native developers, but it is easy for application and web developers. The policy includes high salaries for the application development and lower salaries for the outsourced native, system, embedded development... This slavery policy is stimulating (motivating) the slavery by the application technologies, and is demotivating the innovative and the creative system development... The result is RUN from EU to US, but the foreigners in US, the system developers, have the salaries of the US application developers not the salaries of the US system developers..., but it is some kind of a better state... Actually, now they will have the possibility to do what they want and they will do it the best!

Note: The problem is not just purely economical, it is Financial (and Political too) - the US dollar has no value, but is the more preferable currency. Also, already explained - the MS policy in the Educational system, but this parasite policy is spreading in the Science and in the Computer Science... Here come books and theories, which are slaving the policy, like "To think in design patterns", SOLID, RESTful... The software development and the software testing is going to be "THEORIZING"... This new age science probably is developed mainly for the application developers (the 6-8 months "application developers" from the wide spread "software academies and universities"), because it is trying to compensate the lack of knowledge in Math, Electronics, Native technologies... These theories even are trying to be applied in the system development - the system developers are interviewed on the job technical interviews like the 6-8 months "application developers". These theories are converting from best to BAD PRACTICES. This policy includes "high specialties" like BA and MBA with non or poor technical knowledge, HR and recruitment industry. They have the first and the last decision which CV is acceptable, they assign validating programming tasks, they have the last word which system developer is "motivated"!!!...

This policy is for the developers to be programmers, testers, to have administrative responsibilities, to communicate directly with the customers for a half salary, to be exploited by the administrative managers, applying "Agile" development methodologies.
