The change in the trend of web design is perhaps can be attributed to a variety of factors such as the influence of social media, type of current devices being used by users, user's online activity such as online shopping, etc., because of this change in trends, UI and UX experts emerges in order to meet this demand from the users.

UI/UX experts are developers within the web development field that specialized in designing and developing graphical user interfaces for systems (GUI). Using their experience in the field and employing research and other methodologies, They based their design taking into account how the users interact with computer systems and applications. They come up with new ideas and implementations when it comes to how all the buttons, text boxes, images, videos, and text should be rendered on a web page.

One of those trends that emerged recently is the web design trend called Glassmorphism.

Glasssmorphism is a web design style in which a particular web layout is being rendered with glass looking effect, it is composed of the following attributes: Transparency, a multi-layered approach where a particular element on a webpage is displayed as if it is floating on top of other elements with blurred transparency, subtle shadows, borders, and translucent objects.

This design is really modern and is up to the trend, this is actually gaining popularity for the year 2020 - 2021 and even for the next years to come in my opinion, there are plenty of niches where this kind of design is appropriate. I have here a video demonstrating how you can manipulate #html elements using specific #css properties in order to produce a #glassmorphism effect for your web application.

I hope that this has been informative for you! Thank you for reading.
