People claim that Python is the easiest. It is a little different than others because it defines blocks using indents while other languages usually use curly brackets "{}". Javascript isn't too hard to learn either and it is more fun because you can do things in your web browser. At some point, you should learn some C programming or Java programming to understand basic computer science concepts better. The scripting languages cover up a lot of stuff that is going on under the hood. There is a package called "Scratch" that is geared towards kids but you can learn basic programming concepts using it.
