Python Post-Course for Beginners - Introduction to Python
Hey, how are you? This post is an introduction to the beginner Python post-course. I plan to post this course once a week and depending on the demand, twice a week. I hope you like it, are you ready?
What is Python?
Python is an interpreted, object-oriented, high-level programming language with dynamic semantics. Python's simple, easy to learn syntax emphasizes readability and reduces the cost of program maintenance. Python is multiplataform and is free.
Python is not focused on something, it is a language for almost everything, with a general purpose, but it also does not mean that it is the best language, its depends on opinion and proficiency on the language. What I am trying to address is that python serves several things. An example is that we can make a game in Python, however I prefer to do in C # in Unity.
Why be a programmer?
More and more the world needs programmers. In the statistics of a nonprofit organization called code.org it is estimated that the world 10 years hence will need 1.4 million programmers. Code.org tries to instigate the creation of schools and teaching of programming, possibly even to children.
But then what is a programmer? A programmer develops, designs and deploys systems, applications, websites and games. This programmer can be connected to several categories like system analyst, information security, game developer, web developer and others.
Advantages of being a programmer?
A programmer, throughout his time of study and career, can solve problems faster, since his logic improves. Also programming helps you learn other things faster, as well as improve creativity. Once your brain is faced with programming, it really begins to work better, I speak from my experience.
Prerequisites
Determination, commitment. You do not have to be a math or physics genius. What we do not realize is that we use math every day, you will succeed, so relax.
Do not be in a hurry, do not pick up ready codes, take it easy and learn step by step.
What I cannot do in my programmer's life and studies:
Stop doing exercises, they better your understanding and logic as well as helping fix the programming language syntax in your mind.
To think you already know everything, if you think like that, you'll miss things and you'll never know something well.Remember that we never know everything and we always have more to learn.
JUMP STEPS, do it all step by step. If you jump steps, something is going to make you have to come back because you do not really learn something.
Note
Many large companies use or have used python, example of them is Youtube, Google, BitTorrent. Python is also used in some 3D editing tools and image editing, such as: Blender, Maya, Gimp. So seeing this, you can see that we can use Python in several places and because it is a simple language, it's pretty cool to learn.
That's all for today, I hope you enjoy it.
See Ya
its a good language but out of my grasp :D
