This reminds me of one of the things I did when I was learning how to create databases in MBasic - I put together a program so I could keep track of my records. I had a few hundred albums (yes, vinyl - lol) back in the day, and some of my collection went with me to college, some friends borrowed others, etc. I found creating the program went a long way towards helping me figure it out, much more so than simply reading about it.
