In line with the economic growth and population of the city of Lhokseumawe is growing rapidly. so it must be upgraded and development of all access to overcome the difficulties of the people in the city of Lhokseunawe in obtaining services from facilities and infrastructure for public facilities and social facilities that have an impact on the regional economy. as well as the comfort and safety of the community.

One of the work packages of the Public Works Department of Lhokseumawe City, in the case of the project owner representing the Lhokseumawe Municipal Government. which was discussed in Fiscal Year 2017 is a package of Road Construction Works of Punteut Meuraksa Road - CS.

The purpose of technical justification is to provide an overview of the change in terms of quantity of work in the form of addition or reduction of the quantity of work as well as tailored to the needs of the field based on the results of field engineering that has been done by the three parties of the project actors namely Public Works Office Lhokseumawe, Contractor, and supervision consultants.

For the Punteut Meuraksa Road-Bridge Construction Works package CS.dikaksana with Source of Fund from DAK 2017 with the allocation for the contract of Rp. 3.412.300.000, -.
