Project Apario is a grassroots community movement that seeks to build a decentralized Open Source Intelligence research utility that incorporates cryptocurrency tokens to facilitate record maintenance and data extraction.

This shall be a very early introduction to the APARIO cryptocurrency idea. I am posting this in this manner to allow the public the ability to read about the plans in an open and transparent manner, but also allowing you the opportunity to participate by posting a comment below. We are active in the comments and will gladly engage in thoughtful dialogue as we explore the Project Apario platform. My objective is to make a platform that is useful for me to learn from.

I have a dream that one day I will be able to search on Project Apario September 11th, 2001 and immediately be presented with the public records and most popular records seen in that collection within a matter of seconds such that I can see who orchestrated 9/11, who planned it, and who executed it. I want their names, and I want to see that they have been searched for by millions of people worldwide who seek the truth of 9/11 as I do. I have a dream that one day I will be able to ask Project Apario, "Who killed President Kennedy?" "Communism killed President Kennedy. Communism In America. CIA. His way of thinking is a threat to their transnational child trafficking operations. We face a monolithic threat. The safety of our friends is in danger, and yet no war has been declared. No force of marching troops. No missiles have been fired. Yet the public seems to have lost the war on information and over our minds.

There are some who will not wake up and see the light of truth, but there are those who have and who will, and we are in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. We have been manipulated and suppressed systematically by algorithms designed to harness your attention and energy. Instead, I want to see a platform that is truly an information based economy.

Money is a representation of energy and time. Time is the one commodity that we have been conditioned in life to realize that we have a short supply of it, and we all have an expiration. However, the essence of who and what we are is immortal and lives on. Choosing when to manifest into this reality; to experience love. To experience challenge. To experience chaos. Some of us secretly love drama and trolling people just to see them react. Its this, that I call the spice of life. Its the essence of what makes family family, and it is the basis of what is being attacked by communism.

How we spend our time and energy is valuable and precious. Therefore, when we are exchanging that time and energy for money, what are we getting in exchange for that money? See how I am flipping this on its head? The idea of the acquisition of wealth being the driving force in life to the idea of wealth being a comodity of information and ultimately how you choose to use that information in your own life. People who are wealthy are educated in specific areas that made them wealthy. This is information.

Information has been a driving factor behind creating wealth because the act of taking a camera and telling a story has the ability to manifest hundreds of millions of dollars in centralized wealth quickly by proxy of everybody equally participating in the economy of fiat currency. This means that when a psychological warfare hit peace is produced at Hollywood quality standards, with all of your favorite actors and actresses, where you think its the Deep State disclosing to you what they are doing, its really the Deep State casting a majestic prophecy upon everyone who interacts and engages with that information, such that you become a harness of their energy and a source of their power - on a metaphysical and quantum perspective.

For me, I dream of a day when I will be able to raise children that can graduate with the equivelant level of knowledge acquired through a 4 year college using Project Apario and instead of leaving that experience with tens of thousands of dollars in debt after getting radicalized by marxist racist communist professors. Instead, I want these children to grow up with a stockpile of cryptocurrency tokens that have real tangible value and significance in society.

Now, allow me to explain what this value is and where it derives from.

Project Apario will become a decentralized peer to peer OSINT research platform that gives you the ability to interact with the Project Apario Non-Profit Organization to get credit for publishing newly acquired FOIA/DECLAS records that you find and wish to add to the platform.

New documents cost the platform resources and increases system complexity causing the need for additional development/support of the platform. This means, that an exchange of the APARIO cryptocurrency will be required. To add documents to the platform, you must "stake" them (its a highly overused term currently, but I will explain) and then other account holders with a positive balance will be able to vote in favor of new records by "staking" their crypto too. Once enough crypto is received to stake the document, then the transaction will get processed and the funds will be distributed accordingly.

I see the following as a possibility:

I have a 500 page document that I want to get added to the platform. The cost is 1.11 APARIO per page and I am required to pay the first 12% as a minimum and up to 45% maximum. This record would cost 555 APARIO to upload to the system, and 12% of this would be 66.6 APARIO. The remaining would be in the form of "vote stakes" each at 0.111 APARIO per vote, allowing 1 vote per account holder. Therefore, 4400 account holders would be required to stake 0.111 APARIO in order to process the 500 page document request and add it to the platform. The person uploading the 500 page document would have the opportunity to "stake" up to the first 45%, meaning they would need only 3250 account holders to stake 0.111 APARIO. These kinds of proposal, the transaction fee is built into the process, however not in all circumstances will the fee be built into the cost of a proposal.

The 555 APARIO tokens that Project Apario receives to process the 500 page document is then pooled in the following manner:

3.69% = 20.4795 APARIO for Transaction Fee (paid to the Non-Profit Organization for operational expenses and salaries)
33.3% = 184.815 APARIO for Document Maintenance
33.3% = 184.815 APARIO for StumbleInto Rewards
29.71% = 164.8905 APARIO for the Apario Distributor Program

Document Maintenance is paid out accordingly:
69% Reserved for 100TB Bandwidth = 127.52235 APARIO

1 MB = 0.000000001305828864 APARIO
500 Pages = 100MB Document = 0.0000001305828864 APARIO
Thus the pool for 100TB of bandwidth will pay for 976,562,500 distributions of this record. Once the document bandwidth reserve fund is exhausted and the balance is zero, the cost to access the record will be 0.0000001305828864 APARIO + transaction fee of 3.69%.
12% = Background Job Payouts are required to process the document. A 500 page PDF would trigger over 2,500 background jobs, therefore, the monies involved here would be 22.1778 APARIO divided by 2500 jobs, meaning 0.0443556 APARIO would be payable to participants of the Apario Distributor Program. This means for users who have the (coming in 2022) Desktop Experience of Project Apario, you will be capable of running a background processor node locally on your machine performing tasks on your computer for Project Apario, so instead of the code running on one of our servers, it would run on your computer and you would earn 0.0443556 APARIO (in this example) for processing any given job. Given that there are thousands of jobs needed to process this document, it is more than likely that you will get to process more than 1 job for a document. However, there are limitations built in to make it more fair for everyone. Each account (wallet with a positive balance) will be permitted to process up to 3 jobs per document.
9% = 16.63335 APARIO would get redistributed back to the 4400-3250 voters who voted on the document in the first place. This breaks down, in this example to 0.00378031 APARIO per voter. It's not much, but its something.
9% = 16.63335 APARIO would be spent on creating new tags for the document. AI created tags cost 0.111 APARIO each, and user-created tags cost 3.33 APARIO per tag. This pool allows for up to 149 tags to be created for this new document, then additional tags must be user-created at 3.33 APARIO to start.
1% = 1.84815 APARIO = Easter Eggs In Document rewarded to users who StumbleInto the page. The rewards are triggered once per page, and calculated at the time the document is uploaded, such that page 1 for instance would grand the reward of 1/500th of that (aka 0.0036963 APARIO) after the 6th StumbleInto, and page 17 may be the 1st StumbleInto, and page 33 may be the 9th StumbleInto. This means there are bonuses in StumbleInto giving you access to earn more crypto faster by doing your civic duty of researching OSINT records.

StumbleInto Rewards is a concept that I am introducing that effectively has a pool of crypto in it and then you earn a very small portion of crypto for each document that you view. For example:

184.815 APARIO for StumbleInto Rewards paid out at 0.003 / StumbleInto would provide up to 61,605 rewards to users for reading the content. Ultimately, when a user reads a document, they earn their StumbleInto reward only once. If you StumbleInto a document you've already seen, then you don't earn a reward for that action. Ultimately the object is to fund 123 impressions on each page up front to give a financial incentive to the community to read the document.

In addition to these funds contributed to the StumbleInto Rewards, Project Apario is allocating 117M (1/3rd of 369M) APARIO tokens for StumbleInto Rewards. This pool of funds is used to cover popular documents and is a novel way of introducing more of the available token supply into the circulating supply of tokens in the tokenomics model of the APARIO cryptocurrency.

The remaining 29.71% for the Apario Distributor Program is designated for future changes/proposals that may get created against the document to cover the labor resources required to perform the changes. These funds are not specifically tied to any percent breakdowns, but rather are pooled in the Apario Distributor Program making room for other records to get processed that are more popular or more expensive. This percentage is giving back to the general fund and is not specifically tied to the document. The percentage allocated to the maintenance of this document is in the document maintenance fee above.

Now take a step out of the geek world of the crypto and look at this from the user perspective. The user is going to click StumbleInto and not know that the page they are viewing has:

1. There may be an Easter Egg reward on that page of 0.0036963 APARIO (given the above example)
2. There is the default 0.003 APARIO rewarded for regular StumbleInto
3. This means that the given page has 0.0066963 APARIO associated with it, and that means the account holder reading the document for the first time earns that AND Project Apario matches that reward to the person who uploaded the document in the first place. This means that you earn crypto for people reading your documents. This means you are incentived to upload documents. This means you are incentived to sue the Government and get public records to publish on Project Apario and start making some real crypto.

I can be a basic user and I can just go through and read documents and earn rewards. Granted they are small rewards, but they are rewards nonetheless. I can then acquire enough of these rewards by participating in my civic duty by reading declassified records and getting familiar with how they work, then I can finally have enough APARIO saved up that I can stake 12% of the fee required to start contributing my own FOIA records that I obtain. If the record doesn't already exist in Project Apario and its adopted through the voting/staking process, then you can start earning rewards every single time that somebody uses StumbleInto to read the document you helped contribute to the platform.

As you can see, this is a big undertaking and I am very excited about this. Understand, this is my vision. I see this and I am trying to manifest this reality by building this software myself. I throught for many years that somebody else was going to do this, and nobody else has; so its me.
