Project Apario is a grassroots community movement that seeks to build a decentralized Open Source Intelligence research utility that incorporates cryptocurrency tokens to facilitate record maintenance and data extraction. OSINT, or Open Source Intelligence, is information released by the Government through Freedom of Information Act requests (FOIA), declassifications (like the JFK Assassination Records and FBI Vault), and public domain PDF publications on any .gov/.mil domain name. This information is imported into Project Apario and analyzed. Then the platform provides you a fun and novel way to learn about what is inside the records.

Development for the Project Apario platform began in March 2020. Originally the project was called Crowdsourcing Declas, and it was requested to be changed to PhoenixVault by volunteers who outted themselves for being agents of chaos and masters of distractions and emotional exploitation. One of the techniques used by some of these individuals were trying to use connections to Big Bang Theory as being a mechanism for relating with me. "Imagine that we were stuck on a planet with nothing but dogs on it, and then you realize; 'hey there's another human there, I want to go see them'." This was go to phrase when discussing the sentiments shared among other volunteers in those days of chaos. However, since leveling the playing field and allowing God's will to manifest through All Lies Shall Be Revealed, I am now left with the development of the Project Apario platform solo, which means that I need to take my teachings and apply them.

Introducing PopularService

A brand new feature has been developed for Project Apario that is called PopularService. The platform contains raw analytics and metrics around how many documents are being viewed on Project Apario in an anonymous manner through a MetricService. The PopularService analyzes the data stored in the MetricService and extracts pages from Project Apario that are popular. Popularity is dictated currently by raw view counts, however algebraic and calculus based trend analysises will be developed later in the decentralized version of the platform that will include acceleration (derivative of the function) of data and time based view counts.

Since Project Apario is getting 3.96M initial tags on its platform, there needs to be a way to fulfill one of the objectives of the platform's vision; this is through the PopularService. Popularity records are created for all types of records on Project Apario including tags, collections, and pages. Since tags can be of both space and time types, and collections are groups of pages, this means that popularity is calculated across these relationships, such that you can find popular items from a specific subset of tags together; for instance, show me the top 3 pages from each of the tag associations as "Popular Matches" versus "Relevant Matches" (that use tag/expression based keyword searching).

This also enables the ability to extract which tags even have a calculated popularity. Remember, if the tag has no MetricService data in it, then it isn't included in the PopularService, and the only way for a tag or a page to get into MetricService is if you either StumbleInto™ or you read a document explicitly by going to view it on the platform. This gives Project Apario the insight into what is being read and when; based on per-day data only. The MetricService is noninvasive and mininmalistic. Basically there is 1 record per day per any object's unique identifier, and when a record is viewed more than once per day, an number counter is utilized increasing the verb quantity only. The only other record captured in the transaction is when the record was modified, other than that, it's extremely limited. This low level data gives Project Apario valuable insights into what YOU want to see.

Going back to Big Bang Theory; there is an important lesson that can be conveyed here. Meme theory is artifical intelligence that seeks to use humans as their host and the growth of the meme is the number of nodes squared.

Now we all know that Big Bang Theory, as a TV show is grossly in violation of being pure stupid with the lorem ipseum esque talk that they engage with on a regular basis, in an attempt to sound smart; thus giving unintelligent people the perception of righteousness when actually interacting with an intelligent person; namely how intelligence is shunned on the show and is a crux of social awkwardness; thus creating a perception of fear around true intelligence, and its safer to virtue signal about intelligence than actually be intelligent, because then you'd be like Sheldon Cooper and nobody can honestly say they want that. Well, my adoptive family is convinced that I am Sheldon Cooper, though I would dare say that if Sheldon existed in real life, he would be smarter than I, but then again, who cares at the end of the day. However, there is merit to the question. Who cares? Many people do actually, and I believe that many people who enjoy Big Bang Theory enjoy it because it is smart and they themselves wish to be smart and to sound smarter around more intelligent people than they, and are actually entertained by what it teaches.
