Brand New Search On Project Apario
Project Apario released a brand new home page on October 20th 2021 to focus on a major update to search that now shows you uncensored results of over 612,000 pages of public domain declassified Government records that include Freedom of Information Act public disclosures and other official public records publications from various .gov and .mil websites (aka OSINT). Hot searches come in hot and instantly give you access to use StumbleInto™, and brand new searches are performed in the background. When you are performing a new search, as the results come in live to your device, you can use StumbleInto™ to begin reading the results.

Here's the meat and potatoes behind search.
This code block is between lines 36 and lines 60 (24 aka THINK MIRROR 42 = ???) of the "Search Service" that I built as part of Project Apario. This function is one among 9 functions (or tasks) and is responsible for assessing whether a part of any OSINT record we have in our system contains the keyword that you searched.
The first attempt utilizes a regular expression that searches for your keyword inside the "optical character recognition" (aka OCR) saved value captured from the pages stored within Project Apario. If your word is found in the page being scanned, the function indicates the match as being successful, as in, yes; this page does contain this searched keyword. When the word is not immediately found, exactly as typed, and exactly as detected by our OCR process, then it will rely on the fallback attempt to match a partial result.
When you search Project Apario for the search term "top secret", this partial result search is going to first check the first word, "top" and attempt to find any word that matches at least 77.7% of "top". Now, given that this is a three letter word, any subset of 1/3 matching; aka tod would match at 1/3; obviously thats going to yield a lot of false positives; pages that think they belong to "top secret" but instead just say "tod"! So, the score needs to be over 77.7% and the score is detected by dividing the number of letters in the word that are accurate by the number of letters in the term you searched for, in this case "top". When the second word "secret" is processed, since this word is 6 characters long, this gives the algorithm a 2 character deviation to match the word since 4/6 aka 2/3 = 0.666 and the threshold is 0.639. This means that if the OCR makes a mistake, possibly due to the fact that the declassified Government record may be difficult to read or damaged due to the quality degradation in consequence to making copies of copies. In this case, the OCR may actually make a mistake in detecting the word "secret" on the page and may actually transcribe it as "scrct" where the visual difference between e and c is undetected by the OCR processing that Project Apario performed against that particular page in the search result.
So, as you can see, the threshold permits an unintelligent way to possibly error correct failures in the OCR. There are hundreds of thousands of records within Project Apario that have very confusing text to read because of obvious historical damage to the records. These records have OCR errors in them because the quality of the documents are extremely low. The National Archives literally did everything in their power to follow the law exactly and not make it easy for you to research the JFK Assassination Records.

When you search for a keyword, like "top secret", you will see Project Apario display those results like this:
As you can see from the image, there are over 11,000 results that fell into this search result. If we use an artificial looking glass and take a time machine back to the prototype to Project Apario, formerly called PhoenixVault, its search depended on ElasticSearch, and while that is valuable, as a service provider for OSINT research, I understand that there are over 11,000 results in Project Apario, currently as of October 22nd, 2021 and over 66,000 results for "cuba" in Project Apario. ElasticSearch limits your results by 10,000 and effectively, each batch of the result is a separate query into ElasticSearch that was causing a massive amount of data to be transferred between servers running the PhoenixVault software. This made the search slow and quite frankly unreliable. Not to mention expensive. After paying ElasticCo thousands of dollars for using elasticsearch, I am finally able to abandon using their old outdated technology to perform searches.
One of the core philosophies behind being an Apario Member is identifying with being a seeker. You seek truth. You seek knowledge. You seek understanding. The StumbleInto™ result for "top secret" when writing this post comes up with a page that has the text "raven" inside it, and given that I am A Raven Who Cares, that is a significant synchronicity that I would be remiss to omit. But observe what Project Apario is offering you, the seeker of knowledge, buried by the Government, embrassed that Communism had invaded into the United States Government DECADES AGO and they murdered President Kennedy. Since then, every President of the United States, except for President Trump, has been a part of this criminal mafia organization that operates above the role of Government in the Religious Institutions for thousands of years. These organizations have never been held criminally liable for their practices and crimes against humanity. The truth will be known for all who wish to learn. The magnifying glass is to give you a valuable window into the ORIGINAL extracted page. The smaller image that shows up as the full page is actually a resized and compressed JPEG image that is progressive and set to 99% quality. Sometimes the ORIGINAL image is up to 3x larger than the standard image. This means that your seeking eyes will get a crystal clear resolution of the page you're investigating.
