This is a fair list you've taken the time and effort to compile @gold84 and I think you've done an excellent job!

If I could add another, something like: Build communities by organising contests/competitions (that could even promote 'good' practice on the steem blockchain), such as the Steemit Curation league - hosted by myself :D
