Contribute to Steem Getting a USD Pairing on Bittrex

Steem needs the help of every Steemian to get a USD Pairing on Bittrex. Just read briefly some details and steps to follow.
Bittrex is a very popular and influencer Cryptocurrency exchange. Steem is currently being listed and traded on Bittrex.
The exchange is currently seeking the opinion of the general public as to which Cryptocurrency it should include a USD Pairing.
Including a USD Pairing simply means that the currency can be bought or sold directly via the exchange with the US Dollars (Fiat).
That is, people can buy Steem on Bittrex with the dollar cash and sell Steem for cash without passing through other Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum which is the case currently on the exchange.
