RE: The scale of recruiting 50,000 Steem Promoters around the World may seem a phenomenal task to undertake, if an adequate Funding Mechanism was put in the place the scalability of the challenge would be made considerably much easier.

Good morning @stephenkendal, it would be a great idea to recruit 50,000 promoters to promote Steem. In these days I have been analyzing some things of our platform. Of which I will describe in this opportunity the main one.

The main promotion of Steemit, which is the direct link to Steem. It is to be the first social network in the world with Blockchain, which generates dividends for making quality publications. It is known in the world that in Latin America, the economy is very variant, and people have to look for other methods to generate money and compensate for what may be missing in their families, especially in my country because of the socio-political-economic problems we are going through. There are many people who see Steemit as an opportunity, both economically and socially.

There are users who make publications of very good quality, where they invest several hours of work so that it is a work that is appreciated by the platform (Curators), when the publications reach their expiration date, these publications close with 0.01. It is something disappointing for these users and more when they see publications of other users with publications of lower quality than his, with very high votes. there focuses one of the drawbacks that is happening in our platform, there are many new users who enter Steemit and give their best effort and it is not appreciated, and realize these types of cases, the same deserting.

This is what should not be allowed, because those users who drop out, are the biggest promotion that can be done to Steemit. Because if their work is appreciated, every day there will be more and more users around the world that will promote Steem, just to be appreciated for the work they are doing.

Greetings
